Welcome to WALL-Graphix. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our wall and floor printing services, bespoke graphical design services, and comprehensive design consultations (collectively referred to as “Services”).   1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

  1. SERVICES

WALL-Graphix provides a range of wall and floor printing solutions. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and craft a design that exceeds their expectations. Our prints are resistant to scratches and abrasion, UV-resistant, and guaranteed to maintain its color for at least 12 years indoors and 3 years outdoors.

  1. PAYMENT

The prices for our Services will be as quoted on our website or as otherwise communicated to you in writing. You must pay for the Services in advance by the means specified on our website.

  1. RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our Services, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective or not as described.

  1. USER CONDUCT

You must not use our Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Services.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
